We truly believe that you will not find the same products anywhere in the UK at better prices. However we have devised a system which will enable you to save even more money by selecting a delivery package that suits you. We can normally get products to you within 7 working days but can achieve this quicker if required - please ask us and we will do our best!
All of our products include an "Accompanied Delivery / Collection" option. This means that the desired mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. One of our representatives will go through the operations of the product and show you how to use it including storage and charging where required. He or she will make sure that you are entirely comfortable with your product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! On the desired collection date a representative will arrange a suitable time, collect the item making the whole process trouble free.
Accompanied Delivery is charged out at £0.85 per mile. Below is a list of a few locations to provide you with an approximate price.

If you are happy with your choice of product and feel that you do not need someone to go through it with you, you can save a few pounds and opt for the "Standard Delivery / Collection" option. With a standard delivery / collection you will still have the product delivered and collected to and from your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box and re-box the product yourself. We have a system set up to make this is remarkably easy. We will call you and arrange a time for the carrier to collect the item. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck.
In order to opt for the “Standard Delivery / Collection” please make sure there are NO ACCESS RESTRICTIONS and there will be someone to accept delivery and collection of the item. DUE TO THE CARRIERS, WEEKEND DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS ARE UNAVAILABLE.
For deliveries in Central London, there will be an additional charge.
Please note that “Standard Delivery / Collection is only available on our smaller and lightweight products such as wheelchairs and lightweight scooters. We offer a "Standard" option in order to keep our prices as low as possible.
